Everything here is gf. The food is so tasty and nutritious. Grab and go take home meals, poke bowls, toasties with amazing gf bread and so much flavour. Can’t speak highly enough of this place. Get there asap :)

Popped in tonight on arrival in Noosa (coeliac) and picked up 2 x curries (frozen) lamb and sunshine chicken. 25 mins later dinner on the table! Fresh and delicious ! Served with basmati rice from the Iga close by. Healthy and yummy!

Designated Gluten Free Cafe that offers a wonderful selection of ready made meals, take away and catering options. GF Brisket toastie’s are incredible … EVERYTHING HERE IS GF.. Love this place ❤

Because every week and day flavours are changing with what our farmers have and the current season. Eating in season means our produce can directly come from farmers shortly after being harvested (how great is that) and keeps our dishes fresh and full of flavour!
