The food here was delicious. My whole family enjoyed their meals (kids 8, 10, & 12). Everything is GF, so it’s amazing for people with celiac!

Excellent food! Was an awesome place to stop for lunch. A ton of options. Great varied menu.

The whole menu is gluten free. We had a breakfast bagel and eggs benny, that came on an almond flour batter waffle. Everything was delicious. The food did take quite a while, but the great coffee and smoothie held us over.

It’s so nice to go to a restaurant that’s 100% gluten free! Everything on the menu is labeled for other allergens so there was no question about what I could eat ( I’m also dairy free). I ordered the avocado toast and the butternut squash soup. Nicely seasoned (if you like spicy but it was added before they brought it out to me so you could ask for the seasoning to be adjusted to your taste). The staff was really nice and even came to my table to ask how everything was. I would definitely eat here anytime I visit Toronto!

Really appreciate the dedicated GF kitchen. I don't love their burge buns. Spicy Chicken Sandwich is a 2 star at best. Their bowls are excellent. A bit pricey but the ingredients are excellent. Lots of locations and good delivery.

Good is freshly prepared and tasty. The entire establishment is gluten free and so no concerns about cross contamination. A little pricy for what you get but the quality is excellent.

Friendly staff and delicious bowls - I very much enjoyed the falafel balls! The meal was a little pricey but also nutrient dense and mindfully sourced so it was worth the treat.

All food inside Impact Kitchen is completely gluten free, however not safe for celiacs, if you take care of cross contact. I know for a fact that you can have cross contamination there, because staff consume gluten filled items inside the restaurant and are not aware of the rules for those with celiac disease. I love their food but please be mindful of that while eating there.

Yum! The harvest bowl is really, really tasty. I don’t usually like bowl-type meals because they aren’t super flavorful, but the mix of flavors in this one is awesome. Love that they are 100% gf! The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the prices are a bit high.

Went to complain and got treated like a liar, and was only offered a discount on the next meal. Excuse me?!? It's already hard enough eating out with celiac, diary, soy, nightshade allergies.

Always feel completely safe eating here as entire place is gluten-free. Really healthy, tasty options in casual environment. Lots of options for various ways of eating with Paleo options (try the brunch!) which are so hard to find in the city. Great place!

Super healthy and delicious!!

This place is awesome. I'm just finishing my first meal here, and it's incredibly delicious. The meals are mostly salads and veggie bowls, but they have meat, fish, and veggie options for topping them. The flavours are great, the staff is nice, and the restaurant is entirely gluten-free, so it's completely safe for people with celiac. A little expensive for a counter restaurant, but worth it for a fresh, healthy, gluten-free meal.
