I am unsure if they understood that I needed to be safe from cross contamination as well. The food was good but portions small. I didn’t get super sick but also wasn’t feeling great the next day, so I’m not sure I will return.

Staff told me they have nothing gluten free, so I left.

Ask if the tortilla chips are gf yet. Their tacos are amazing and completely gf. I am horribly sensitive, and I’ve eaten here twice a week since moving to the area.

Great place. Pretty much everything is made with corn tortillas. Definitely clarify before you order. I had the two tacos and rice and beans and it was delicious.

Delicious, we tried all the tacos and I had a glass of wine before catching a show across the street. No reaction.

Great H Street Taqueria and restaurant. They are aware of allergies and work around them as best as possible. All of the tacos are safe for gluten free consumption. Salsa and guac is great. Fresh fried corn tortilla chips are certainly recommended. Margaritas and other specialty drinks are made very well. Most if the staff are great and usually pretty quick. Good place to eat or just hang out.

tl;dr - Great tacos, gluten awareness in the restaurant and kitchen, recommend the tacos and chips, would visit again
