I generally avoid GF pasta since it's generally empty calories (corn or rice flour-based). But this "pasta" was not only delicious, but nutritious! The noodles are simply spiralized or shredded vegetables (no grains added), but they prepare them in a way that gives them texture of a grain pasta. And, the sauces are so flavorful that they seem decadent, but many are plant-based. I added salmon to my dish and it tasted fresh a flavorful.
Lots of options for vegetarians and vegans.
They also offer wine and beer.
And, the seating area is airy and well designed.
