What I like most is that everything comes marked GF. You tell them you’re a celiac when you order, and they understand what’s needed. We’ve only ever done take out here, but it’s our go to for a fast restaurant. They can do almost everything on their menu GF. For things that are usually breaded, they just don’t bread it. Which is nice, but they always taste like they are missing something, so we’ve gravitated towards different options here than we did before the diagnosis. Their pork fried rice is amazing.

Most main meals can be made gluten free! All made to order. The only appetizer that was GF were the lettuce wraps. We had shrimp lettuce wraps and they had great flavor!

I eat here occasionally and have never gotten sick. I always let them know I have celiac disease and they usually mark it as GF on the container. As far as the food it's bland compared to places I've eaten at prior to my diagnosis. I tend to go for the spicier menu options so I'm not sure if they skip those ingredients because they have to or if they are afraid to give me the heat. Because of that I wouldn't eat here if I had other viable GF options but it's one of the only Asian cuisine places in the West side. My husband who isn't GF has always enjoyed take out from here so it may be that I have too high of expectations since I used to frequent more authentic options.
I do like that they have a list of options for GF folks to avoid on their menu.

The food was great and my non-celiac family had a great experience. I ordered a gluten free meal and stressed that I have celiac, however still got sick from it. Disappointed because there were so many great reviews from people with celiac! Not celiac safe :(

We dined in and our waitress confirmed that all meals are made fresh, to order. This allows them to fully customize to a GF meal when necessary. Our waitress also confirmed that they don’t have a dedicated work station or fryer and so CC could still be an issue. I ordered the cashew chicken with white rice and felt completely fine after. I have NCGS.

I have been coming here for years, but just this past New Years Eve I brought along my Nima Sensor. I ordered the Governor’s chicken (specifying gluten free). The first dish came back with gluten detected. They immediately apologized, sent it back, and cooked a new dish. The second dish came back with a smiley face of being gluten free. Look for a darker color as the gluten free soy sauce is darker than their standard sauces. They also said they clean the pan before cooking it fresh.

My dietitian recommended this restaurant. I called before I went and the manager was very knowledgeable and knew what celiac was. He told me to tell the server when I ordered, which I did and she was also very knowledgeable. Their kindness and understanding gave me confidence they would take care. I ordered the veggie rice noodles and they were delicious. And the best part, I didn’t get sick.
