They had fabulous gluten free pizza crust and gluten free pasta. The waiter said they cook the pizza in a separate oven. The gluten free pizza crust comes from Italy. The waiter (Mathew) also did some very sweet things for my daughter. He surprised her with gluten free focaccia they made her from a pizza crust. He brought her some sorbet just because. It was one of her favorite meals in a while.
