I’ve never been cross contaminated and the three above always make sure they put in the system that I have an allergy. Most of the appetizers, pastas, and all the pizzas can be made gluten free. The pasta’s are very delicious but the pizzas are more filling, however, the pasta is the better choice in terms of quality.

Awesome drink menu and would highly recommend the espresso martini. (It is a lil on the sweet side)

Enjoyed gluten free pasta and a grilled octopus appetizer at Indaco. The wait staff was knowledgeable about the menu and could provide all the details on what was naturally gluten free or could be prepared gluten free. Every item came out with the wait staff explicitly saying it was prepared gluten free.

Delicious gf pasta, house made gf garlic bread was delicious. Was given a gf chocolate moose with house made brittle - highly recommend
