Complete cross contamination, which means it isn't really gluten free. It is like cooking a vegan burger in bacon grease, except gluten will become a life threatening issue for those with celiac vs a vegans moral choise.

the burger was great 100% grass fed beef with gf bun ($2 upcharge). keep in mind the fries are NOT in a dedicated fryer! overall goodthe guava icedream is water based so lactose friendly
