This is a traditional Indian restaurant with a standard buffet. I asked the server if there was anything on the buffet that was not gluten-free. He said most things should be gluten-free; check the signs. I checked the signs, and all they told me were the name of the food and a brief description. There is no indication which items were gluten-free. They offered me naan twice, and I told him I had allergies and asked for papadum. Neither time did I get any papadum. Customer service is non-existent at this restaurant, and the taste is marginal. However, the experience was quick because this large restaurant was mostly empty. The good news was that I made smart choices at the buffet and didn't get glutened.
