Omg I am convinced that this is the best gluten-free bakery I've ever been to and I travel a LOT.
After being diagnosed with Celiac disease in 2021, I've had so many mediocre baked goods at gluten-free places that had owners who either weren't foodies before they were diagnosed or they've been gluten-free so long they've forgotten how the real thing tastes.
I ordered:
$6 cheese and mushroom focaccia.
$6 pecan sticky bun.
$10 1 lb sourdough loaf
$6 passion fruit and meringue tart
Everything was incredible and filling. I am so glad to not have another horrible cauliflower crust pizza, the focaccia was just so good despite being served cool.
I have a flight to catch but I'd like to stop by and see if I can stock up some more breads to take home. I have a feeling that I'll be flying up to Fresno from Vegas often to stock up on gluten-free foods.
