UPDATE (7/5): Changing my review to 1 star. The restaurants claims were too good to be true and I should have waited longer than an hour after eating to review! Definitely was glutened and quite badly. Do not recommend this place for celiacs.
Restaurant is usually not busy but service is always good. Almost anything on the regular menu can be made with gluten free alternative sauces, according to staff. Ordered one of the lunch special stir frys that comes with a brown sauce and couldn’t tell or confirm by taste if soy sauce or tamari was used.

The restaurant was pretty empty on a Friday night - not a good sign. The servers were not very knowledgeable about GF options, although they did check with someone in the kitchen. There are some GF options but, definitely not extensive options as prior reviewers mentioned - I was told only stir fry and noodle dishes could be made GF. Due to the lack of knowledge on the part of the servers, I was afraid to eat much of my food when it finally arrived (nearly 40 minutes later). My dish was just ok and not at all exceptional. I will say that the servers were extremely pleasant and courteous; however, do not plan on returning.

Just about any dish on menu can be made gluten-free and it is a large menu. Very good, fresh ingredients and generous portions at a reasonable price. My go-to place for Thai/Vietnamese.
