Our waitress was helpful in letting me know this was not a safe place for someone with an allergy/celiac. They do not take precautions other than wiping down the bench before making a gluten-free pizza. The pizzas are cooked in the same wood-fired oven along with the gluten pizzas and they do not cook the pizza in a pan or even a separate spot in the oven. She said they could sweep the oven but the flour is still in there. For me, it wasn’t worth the risk.
