A little known secret about Ink is they have gluten free buns for their burgers. They don’t list it on their menu, but the waitress was very knowledgeable about them. They are the buns they use for the vegan option, too. Didn’t fall apart and was so good! Not sure about the fries if they are cooked in a dedicated fryer so maybe stay away from those depending on your sensitivity. Can’t wait to come back!
