Spencer, you got that right! There is no room here for cross contamination because we're 100% gluten free. Yes that means safe for Celiacs. Did you know we also make gluten free desserts? We're slowly building our dessert menu. All of our desserts are dairy free as well, except for the flan. Flan is only gluten free. See ya soon! Thanks for the great review.
