Review of Insomnia Cookies

Very pleasant environment. They only offer 1 type of GF cookie and it’s chocolate chunk. But they do take lots of care to limit cross contamination. All other cookies are not GF. I don’t know about the ice cream. Order the 20 count and my GF cookies were in a sealed paper bag and placed in the box with the other cookies. I only deal with gluten intolerance so minor contamination rarely affects me
