Stayed here. They have GF bread for breakfast and brought me cheese, ham , yoghurt , fruit from the kitchen to avoid X contamination from the buffet. On the second day they mentioned that the cheese and ham might have been touched with a fork that was also used for other items. Whilst that gave less choice I appreciate how serious they took the X contamination request.
