Fui a ‘The Market’. Tienen varias opciones sin gluten. Me pedí una pizza GF. Honestamente no la volvería a pedir, no es muy buena masa y se olvidaron de varios ingredientes en mi pizza.

The Market restaurant has gluten free options. The chef recommended the pastas as the safest option to protect from cross contamination. They were wonderful. We carry a Nima gluten tester and it was indeed gluten and free!

En el menú hay opciones que dicen ser gluten free e incluso el chef dice que lo va a preparar gluten free ,razón por la cual me parecía extraño que cada vez que iba me enfermaba , la última vez que fui le hice el test con el NIMA y salió que tiene gluten . No lo recomiendo

This place is so Celiac friendly! My family and I ate at The Market, and their restaurant manager (Marvin) and chef (Allen) are so knowledgeable and helpful! Bringing a GF dining card in Spanish saying what you need to avoid is helpful, but they certainly know what they are doing. This restaurant has the best GF bread I have ever had (baked fresh in a separate oven every morning and then wrapped individually to avoid cross contamination!). They wash pots/ pans and have fantastic GF pasta. I am very sensitive and had no issues! Absolutely eat here if you get the chance (and try the bread)!
