Inumaeya

This is a stand in Nishiki Market I cannot find online or Google maps. It’s storefront says “inumaeya”. They serve skewers of grilled wagyu and kobe beef. All of them seemed “salt flavored” and had no soy sauce. Very delicious, fatty and tender!
