Review of Invictus

5 Rue Sainte-Beuve, 75006 Paris, France

Review

Perfect little French restaurant with just a few tables. Like most establishments in Paris this size, there was only one waiter taking care of the entire restaurant, but he was very friendly and efficient. He was knowledgeable about gluten and made good recommendations. I felt very comfortable and safe. My wife and I had a great meal. I had a salad and a beef bourguignon style dish which was delicious. For dessert, they had a special which just happened to be gluten free: a chocolate soufflé which was amazing! It was like eating a chocolate cloud. When I imagined what a French restaurant should be before coming to Paris, this was it.
