Most of their menu is gluten free. I told the waitress I had Celiac/gluten allergy and confirmed my dish was gf. When it came out, it had tempura vegetables (not indicated as tempura or fried on the menu) so I flagged her down and confirmed it was not fried with gluten items and she confirmed it wasn’t. Then a few minutes later, after I started eating, she came back to say she double checked with the kitchen and it was in fact cross contaminated :(

The vast majority of the menu could be accommodated to be gluten-free and it was a phenomenal dining experience. Highly recommend the octopus dish and the Piri-Piri!

Gf marked on the menu, knowledgable waiter. The waiter checked with the chef re dessert options and there were a few.
A safe place to eat for those with Celiac! Gf items clearly marked on menu. Many, many options to choose from. I didn’t feel sorry for myself once because it felt like a normal restaurant experience (as opposed to the times I have one or two options that are gf). Highly recommend as the food is excellent.

The food is alright. Not impressive. The waiter is knowledgeable but not sincerely attentive. However, there was a busboy who paid more attention to our table than the waiter so we went through the dinner ok. Don't think I would go back again. They did mark the gluten free dishes on the menu but not many options.
Not a certified gluten free restaurant. no gluten free markings on regular menu or special gluten free menu. They seemed to know what is gluten free or not when asked. I got a little rumble in my tummy so I'm pretty sure there was a bit of cross contamination. I wouldn't suggest this for sensitive Celiacs.
Menu is 95% GF. Waiter knew the 5-6 dishes that were off limits right away!!
Wait staff is knowledgeable and can tell you all the ingredients in their dishes. They don't have a separate menu, but do offer a wide gf selection. I recommend the picannha, if you like seasoned steak; it's my favorite Brazilian dish, and they do it justice here. Decent selection of desserts also. Will definitely return the next time I'm in NYC.
almost all entrees are gluten free, waiters are friendly and familiar with celiac disease
