Michelin star chef walked us through all of the options that were Celiac safe and even notified us that in order to double check our chicken was gluten free, they were making the sauce from scratch. This is a fine dining experience with a THC lounge attached, so don't bring people under 21! The mock tails were incredible and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable on gluten free options. The veggies were delectable. As a quick rundown the gluten free options are most of the veggies and hummus sides, chicken, lamb chops, and the mock tails. There's also a bar attached downstairs but I don't drink so I didn't look inside. I didn't get sick at all and appreciated how meticulous all of the staff were about what was safe and not. For desert they also have gelatos as well as a fancy fruit dish that I didn't end up getting but looked delicious.
