They had 3 types of gluten free dessert the day we went it. It may change daily. I had the gluten free chocolate mouse cake. Wow. So so so delicious!!!!!!! Next trip I’ll buy a dessert for multiple days to have when the family gets desserts and I’m usually left with nothing to choose from. Most restaurants and ice cream shops did not have gf choices. So stock up here!
We told them we needed gluten free for celiacs and were told rice bowls and tacos can be gluten free. Were told no separate fryer so no chips or anything fried and no butter on the rice. We placed our order again making sure to state that everything has to be gluten free BUT one of our dishes came out with the fried tortilla chips which contaminated the entire dish. As for the rest of the dishes 3 of our party got sick so we are sure that it wasn’t the only dish contaminated - we didn’t eat the contaminated dish
They are very knowledgeable about GF options I had no reaction. I have celiacs and am very sensitive to cross contamination. Would eat there again with no hesitation.
I had shrimp tacos. Delicious. The server and cashier very friendly and knowledgeable about what foods were actually gluten free. They offer corn tortillas. In fact she warned me about some food that would be cross contaminated. The server delivered my food by saying they cooked my food separately. I so appreciated the great attitude!
Many options on the menu from salads to tacos to rice bowls. The employee taking my order went over the menu with me and verified with the manager any items she was unsure about. I ended up having a chicken and rice bowl and a bean taco on corn. This was enough food to split between two people. The food was good. Just be careful with the sauces. They use soy in a few so verify which ones are safe. It’s a small place and seating is limited so a lot of people did take out. In good weather months there is plenty of outdoor seating. Very casual and affordable for the portion sizes. Tacos are HUGE!
