They had GF soy sauce, the menu isn’t marked but the server checked with the chef/kitchen and they were able to accommodate my needs/requests as someone with celiac. Obviously you can’t have anything fried, but I asked them to check that the vinegar they use in the rice is GF. They made mods to the spicy tuna avivado roll (they put sriracha on top instead of using spicy mayo) and overall it was delicious. I forgot to take a picture until I had eaten half of the sushi. I didn’t feel sick after, I’d go back.
