My server was very helpful with recommendations, and I had no issues. I had the Pomodoro omelet, with a side of grits and fresh fruit. I did worry about the gluten toast, as I’m not sure there’s a separate toaster, so I didn’t get any.

Our server, Zach, was extremely knowledgable about GF. We were very confident that there would be no cross contamination issues. We went for breakfast and the food was awesome! I highly recommend the Iron Hen!

What GF food they have is tasty, but the options are limited and the prices are excessive. Staff is also not knowledgeable about their GF offerings. I won't be spending my money at this location again.

Menu clearly identifies GF options and food is very good and fresh. You get dishes that are differnt from th echains and the atmosphere is nice. No stomach issues for me at all, I will go back.
Only thing is they had no GF dessert that day but I guess that was OK.
