What a great find for this celiac! Dedicated fryer, and staff was very knowledgeable. Homemade food, unique items. Best thing is they don't just take gluten food and de-gluten it down to subpar cuisine. Steak sandwich on plantain! Great sauces! AND the owner, Gabriel is so inviting and open to suggestions from the gluten free crowd. We came for lunch but the weekend brunch sounds wonderful and will be back soon to try that out.
