My go-to restraunt for special occasions. Food is prepared in a shared kitchen but they're careful to keep gluten separate. Service is always great and many diets are catered to.
Oh my gosh- can’t recommend enough. Took my family here for an anniversary dinner. They had great options for kids meals, small/large plates, wine/cocktails/mocktails, and live music that was LOVELY. Our service was great.
Server offered these insights for gluten:

So delicious!! Chicken and waffles are amazing. Loved the shrimp & grits. Chicken is juicy-not hard and greasy! Server was fabulous. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal food and service! I had the GF fried chicken and waffles with fresh pressed orange juice. Chicken was cooked perfectly and the waffle was tender with just enough crisp to the edges. No reactions or issues with any of the food as a person with celiac. Most of the menu is geared toward GF options or comes naturally GF. 10/10 - give this a go!

This was not my first time there, and as usual, it was all amazing. It has become a staple whenever I’m in Raleigh because of quality, freshness, taste, staff, and safety.
They had delicious food with many gf options. They were very intentional about making sure my food was safe.
Delicious gluten free options. We had the chicken and waffles of course and a veggie frittata. Server asked if we had allergies as soon as we sat down and was extremely helpful. Everything was labeled and they took it seriously.

I wish I lived here so I could go to brunch here every weekend! So many gf options. Dedicated cooking space and fryer completely separated from gluten kitchen cooking space. All of their waffles and pancakes they offer are gluten free, for everybody. Had fried chicken and waffles for the first time ever and now understand why my husband orders it every time we go to brunch. Can't say enough good things about this place!
Fantastic food and service that left nothing undone! Gluten free and vegan options, ice cream like I’ve not had in years wrapped in a place with some of the most chill vibes I’ve found in a restaurant.

Great fresh food with amazing flavors! GF items are clearly marked on the menu and I told them I had celiac so they took all precautions. The person who brought my entree also specifically noted it was gluten free as she set it in front of me- it’s little things like that that help me feel safe in a new restaurant. I enjoyed my meal thoroughly and even had an amazing gluten free dessert! I highly recommend!

This place is incredible! They were knowledgeable and accommodating. So much of the menu was gluten free or could be made gluten free. I was bummed there was no gf bun for the burger (not sure if that’s always or if they were out), but I ended up getting the mushroom risotto and it was incredible. I still think about it, 6 months later!! It’s a super cool and popular place, so it was also a hit with non gluten free people!
I researched celiac friendly restaurants in Cary, NC because I was headed there for a weekend. I ordered from this place twice. The food was great each time; I did not have any reactions. I felt safe eating there because they explained the precautions they take in preparing meals. Would definitely visit again!
Amazing food ! Almost all of the starters, entrees and deserts are red for dinner were GF. Wonderful staff who were attentive to needs , allergies and sensitivities.
The food is amazing, staff works with you to find things you can eat, and there are so many gluten free options.
Had the fried green tomatoes and the watermelon tartare. Flavor was okay but overall was a little underwhelming, but I didn’t get sick!

Absolutely terrific. The server was very accommodating and assured me they were GF pros. I had the fish and chips, it was phenomenal. The gluten eaters in my party were very happy with the food, too.
Amazing food! The server asked if I had any allergies. I said that I have Celiac Disease, she let the kitchen know and assured me that no cross contamination would occur. The drinks were also great! I had the shrimp and grits!
GO-TO GF SPOT IN RALEIGH! Their brunch and dinner are delicious, lots of gluten free options clearly marked on the menu and staff takes celiac disease very seriously.
This place is amazing! They mark everything that's gluten free and the server had Celiac Disease so she was able to answer all my questions. She mentioned that the fryer is only used for gluten free fried foods so I got the chicken and waffles at Brunch. I also heard every server ask each table if there were any allergies to be aware of. It was amazing! I'm definitely coming back.
The food was great. The server was knowledgeable about GF and DF options. Definitely will return. My only complaint was how loud it was.
This place is amazing. I had such a hard time deciding what to get and will definitely be back. I ended up getting the fried chicken and waffles which were delicious.
Great little cafe with celiac safe options! Brunch was delicious, our waitress was amazing and the vibe was just lovely. I had the shrimp and grits and he had the brisket omelette (both GF) and they were perfectly cooked and seasoned, flavorful and fresh. Surprisingly it was not packed around noon on a Saturday for brunch!
Update: you can now order from Irregardless on Door Dash with an option to mark as gluten allergy! The GF dinner entrees are sooo good. Don’t sleep on Irregardless!

Amazing!! So accommodating for celiac disease. I am a severe celiac and I was in amazing hands. It was so fun to be able to eat with friends and choose almost all items on the menu. They have separate fryers!

This place has a cute vibe. I've been here for both the brunch and the dinner vibe. Both were very busy but the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, took their time, and did not make us feel rushed. They are great with vegan and gluten-free options and taking precautions against cross-contamination. You can even get fried gluten-free items. During my last visit, we got the fried Okra which was delicious. The rest of my party loved their entrees, however was disappointed in mine. I got the half pumpkin and it was surprisingly void of flavor. You never know when you try something new. I will return, but be more selective on my branching out next time.
I’m vegetarian and usually have a few options here, which is nice. Never had a reaction.
Tons of GF items marked on menu. Tons of veg options too. Delicious brunch. Can't believe it has taken me so long to eat there.
The food, the environment, the people, this establishment really can't be beat. The food I'd AMAZING with so many options. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable. I will easily come here every trip to Raleigh! Definitely a must.
My family loved this restaurant so much we went for dinner and then again for breakfast the next morning. Lots of gf options marked clearly. Staff asks if there are allergies at the table first thing and they take special precautions in the kitchen. I had the gf/vegan orange tofu entree at dinner which was outstanding. The breakfast menu was even more impressive; they offered gf Belgian waffles, omelettes, huevos rancheros, and many other options. I tried my kids’ gf Belgian waffles which were amazing and ordered the huevos rancheros… soooo good. Will definitely come again next time we are in town!
