Best celiac dining experience EVER. They had a whole menu for people with celiac, not just a GF menu, a menu for celiacs! That menu was a gluten free version of basically everything on the normal menu too, including breads, starters, desserts. I could have cried over how much choice I had.

Not only was the food amazing but the staff were super clued up on celiac too, so reassured me there’s a separate area for GF prep and a separate frier for GF fried food (like chips and calamari).

First time in my life on holiday I haven’t had to have Fomo about a bread basket either, because I got a freshly baked gluten free roll that was, wait for it, ACTUALLY CRISPY on the outside.

If you’re visiting Mallorca this is an absolute must visit, and if you have non-GF friends / family with you too, my non-GF friends told me their standard food was delicious too!
