Staff was very knowledgeable about everything and what they didn’t know they asked the chef. I was delighted that they had gluten free bread! The tuna tartar has soy sauce, which they identified for me - so I felt like they definitely knew the details. Great meal, I had seared tuna - amazing and I feel great!
