5 star gluten free experience yesterday! Feel great today. First, the food is amazing! Had wings (very generous portions) and my son had tenders with the honey butter sauce and we shared a large box of THE BEST fries! All of those foods are gluten free they use rice flour and wow is the chicken GREAT! We got the honey mustard on the side to dip and I wish we had also tried the hot honey. We are both symptomatic celiacs - I also do not eat dairy. They have a very easy to read allergen menu, change gloves as soon as you order gluten free, and we can eat 95% of their menu! The service was super accommodating and kind. Laid back atmosphere. LOOOOVVVVEEEE this place! Will be back and will bring friends! THANK YOU

Had a great lunch here today. I had Isaac’s fried chicken fry bowl. Everything was hot and crispy and perfectly seasoned. I wish there was one near me in Gainesville, VA!

ISAAC’S Poultry Market is a new fast casual brand. All food items are made from scratch daily with all natural ingredients. Our chicken is antibiotic, hormone, and steroid free, it is also certified halal. Only 6 items on our menu contain gluten. All of our chicken (roasted, tenders, wings, fried/grilled breast are gluten free. No gluten ever goes in to our fryers. Our kitchen is set up to prevent cross contamination.

I have eaten at Isaac’s many times and never gotten sick. The food is delicious, and I love that it’s such a safe option!

I saw someone post about this in the Gluten Free DMV group and had to try it. I’m so happy to have some chicken wings that are flavorful and safe to eat!! This was definitely worth the 35 minute drive and my new go-to.
Celiac family and they were so knowledgeable about cross contamination. All dedicated fryers. Fried chicken is made with Rice Flour. This will be a regular staple in our restaurant rotation, which is small, so we’ll be eating here a TON!
Fantastic choices and a completely safe feeling. Dedicated to serving great tasting food for those with allergies. The fry bowls are awesome.
Really delicious. While the sandwich bread isn’t GF, they give an option of turning it to a fry bowl. I’ll update if we have an issue. 4 out of 5 hearts for safety because there is a chance for CC.
Clearly marked allergen menus, and the fries are gluten free (and used as a substitute for bread for the sandwiches.

Delicious fried chicken! The checkout person wasn’t certain if the Buffalo salad was gluten free so she asked the manager. They can take the pretzels out and it’s GF. SO good! Highly recommend
Update ……. I went back to Isaac’s and the people at the time there were very knowledgeable. Apparently everything is cooked with rice flour. The only non-gluten-free item is the bread they put it on.

Hi Suzanne - As the Chef & Founder of ISAAC'S who also has gluten allergies. I can assure you that every member of our team is fully trained on all allergies, especially gluten. With only having 5 items on the menu containing gluten that are separated to avoid cross contamination, allergen guides at both registers, allergen guide on our website, and a team that answers specific allergen questions all day. Such a welcoming environment and so many gluten free options! My daughter has celiac and she absolutely loved their food, especially the fries and chicken tenders. Owner and staff was very knowledgeable. Definitely will be coming back again!
Great tasting chicken and sides. Dedicated gluten free fryer. Wings are “breaded” with rice flour. Three items on the menu are not gluten free: bread for sandwiches, Mac and cheese, and corn bread. Talk with owner and they appear knowledgeable and make the effort to eliminate and minimize any chance of cross contamination. One goal for them is a gluten free potato bread. Update; Had the chicken strips and fries for lunch (gluten and soy free!) great to be able to have it and not worry about it. Very enjoyable!

Restaurant is proud to say they are 95% gluten free, and their kitchen is designed to eliminate cross contamination. We had four different entrees, and each was super delicious. Each specialty sandwich is offered open face over fries. We tried three varieties, and everyone loved their choice. We’ll be regulars for sure.
After so many years I finally get to eat chicken tenders again without feeling sick afterwards. They are really great tasting
