Glutened 3 for 3 visits to Isaac’s way. I don’t know why I even bothered going back the second and third time.

They warn you that they aren't setup for cross-contamination safety.

All three of us ordering wanted gluten free burgers and fries.

Positive: They have a fryer dedicated to fries!

Negative: They will charge you an additional $2 for a gluten free bun on top of the already high price. Total price: $54 pre tax!

I have eaten here twice, though try have a gluten free menu and knowledgeable staff, they don’t guarantee it to be celiac safe... I got sick both times I ate there off the GF menu

They have a separate gluten free menu and while they say they can't guarantee no cross contamination, they were wonderful with it. Even though they have a dedicated gluten free fryer, they told us that it had been contaminated by accident that day so my husband was sad he couldn't have French fries but happy not to get sick! We're in Fredericton for a week and we will be back.

I have talked to the staff at Isaac's Way about celiac-friendly food and was very pleased with their level of understanding. For example, they explained that when you order a salad from the celiac menu they get ingredients directly from the cooler, rather than using salads that may have been in contact with gluten in the kitchen. I recommend them. Only complaint would be that there are only a few options on the celiac menu (especially for someone who is also dairy free). I would go more often if there were more things to choose from.

Was very happy to stumble upon this spot while visiting. Isaac's has a menu listing 'celiac safe' items and also items for those who prefer gluten free but might not be 100% safe. Great staff and good food! Highly recommend!
