I love this bakery. Not only is it completely gluten free but they don't use peanut, tree nut, or sesame and the only soy they use is soy lecithin in their no stick baking spray. The yellow cake was a little dry and crumbly but the chocolate cake was good even after a week. The baguette was amazing. The muffins and coffee cake were improved after heating them up the next day, but that's true even of non gf stuff. I'm so glad I stopped there.
