Ishin has a full allergy menu and they have Tamari always ready. There are multiple rice dishes that are gluten-free and also most sushi are gluten-free but check the allergy menu. A lot of dishes the soy sauce you add yourself so then you can use the tamari which is great! It cheap and really good food!!
