Other review was accurate! Tasty GF cones, diligent with glove changes, knowledgeable of which flavors were GF. Of the ~30 flavors, only 3 were glutinous.

Yummy ice cream. Many gluten-free options in flavors and gluten-free sugar cones too! The employees were sure to use gloves to take out a new cone and also switched scoops before scooping my ice cream. Highly recommend!
