Island Cove Mini Golf

We visited 2 years ago and my daughter was able to safely eat. Now as of July 2021, this is not the case. Unfortunately, we risked it with ice cream and my daughter was glutened. Our fault for not playing it safe even though we had a good experience last time. After the fact I learned there is new management.

Was pleasantly surprised to find they had GF burgers and dogs, I didn't think I'd be able to eat anything there but I was extremely happy with my food. Kept it all separate. I wasn't sure about the condiments ingredients (I am picky as I have other allergies / sensitivities) but he said the owner who is GF uses the mustard so I went with that. Also they had GF sweet potato corn chips.

Hot dogs/burgers are GF and delicious! Can also use GF marinade for grilled chicken upon request. Keeps some GF bread/rolls in supply too. Most ice cream flavors are GF too! Knowledgeable about cross contamination.
