As a someone with Celiac, this place is heaven!! Plus it's a local "mom and pop" shop. Completely knowledge staff!! Yummy GF bread (Not Udi's). They change gloves, use different knives, clean work space. The sandwich I got was so delicious; it's nice to "bite into something" that is safe!! This will be a regular stop for us, now that we know about it.
