I have Celiac Disease. I've been here once and didn't get sick. The owner was very nice and expla. ined that she too has Celiac Disease. While we were eating the owner brought over free samples of softother. Everything was delicious and I didn't get sick so this in now my lunch spot when I work in Worcester. I didn't get toppings because they have some toppings made with gluten and all the toppings are in separate containers but all right next to each other. The Rick of cross-contamination seemed a bit high for my comfort and the reason for only a 4 rating for safety

Our sesame seeds and crispy garlic are in shakers, so they eliminate any chance of cross contamination. Amazing poke bowls! I wondered what I was going to have for a GF lunch in Worcester boy did I WIN!! The fish is fresh and the toppings are plenty and also delicious! The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable they helped me choose the most incredible bowl I have ever eaten (and yes we have been to the Hawaiian islands!). Best of all they guided me through what was gluten free and what was not! I will be back! Please consider coming to the Northshore of Boston/Mass FIVE STARS!!!

Everything except a few of the dry toppings (wontons, crispy onions, etc) is GF! Those that do contain gluten are at the very end of the line so less cross contamination concern. All sauces made with GF soy sauce. Really delicious poke and rare to have so many options at a poke restaurant!

The owner has Celiacs and everything is GF except the fried onions (as of when I’m writing this). I kept asking and yes “everything” means all the sauces use GF soy sauce base, seaweed salad is GF etc. Food was great and I felt totally safe amd no reaction later.

We love Island Fin! My daughter has Celiac disease with SEVERE reactions. We safely eat here—enjoying deliciously fresh food knowing we are safe from any contamination. I absolutely love to eat here. Everything but 3 items on the menu is gluten free. So many options, which if you are gf, you know, that just isn’t the case with most places to eat. Being celiac isn’t easy to navigate through. But this place makes it easy.
