AMAZING! Pretty much all gluten free. Perfect for breakfast and lunch or even an early dinner. Delicious and safe smoothies, pancakes, toasts, açaí bowls, grain bowls, salads, wraps, curry, etc! Is vegan so a bit limited on protein options but still delicious. Everything very fresh and safe. Highly highly recommend.

This was my favorite stop during our visit. I had a smoothie and two different gf toasts (a sweet and a savory). A delicious, healthy, safe experience. They even sell gf snacks! I would give anything to have access to their food and shop on the daily!

The Zen Buddha Bowl was delicious. They have many options for gluten-free and dairy-free. Great for a sit-down meal or picking up food to go.

Amazing food. Gluten free as standard for everything - toast, pancakes, french toast, oatmeal. All gluten free items made in house. Prices better than most on island.

Just returned from a trip with friends to Grand Cayman. We visited this restaurant multiple times. The food was wonderful and safe for gluten free! Great gf bread, bowls, wraps, açaí bowls, larger breakfast menu too. Drinks and baked goods. We even ordered safe gf food to take with us on our long travel day to eat between flights. They were so accommodating and kind. They only make healthy foods which we love! The cook and staff come to talk with you and make sure all is just as you want. I highly recommend this restaurant! Look forward to going back on our next trip!

Updated 2022- Great experience here! When ordering online, they have both gluten free and celiac disease options under the allergy section. They are very careful with cross contamination. Most options on menu are GF or can be modified. Highly recommend for those who are GF or have celiac disease.

Very celiac knowledgeable. Very kind service as well.

Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Pretty much the whole cafe is GF, except the wraps.

Almost everything is GF or can be modified. We got pumpkin soup, apple cinnamon bread, and cheesecake. The people were very friendly as well.

Everything is gluten free. Has healthy options but also to die for muffins. Banana chocolate chip muffins are the best!
