No gluten free menu. Was told flank steak was GF but when I asked about the marinade and if it had soy sauce In it the waiter then said oh yea it’s not GF there is soy sauce in it. They may try their best to serve gluten sensitive but this restaurant is not for celiac and I won’t be back.

My family and I eat here every year, and 4 people in my party have Celiac and have to eat gluten free. We have never had any cross-contamination issues. The wait staff is helpful and will go back to ask the chef if they are not sure of an answer. I look forward to going there every year.

I love going to Island Way every time I'm on the island. Be sure to speak to your waiter/waitress and the manager to make sure they know you are gluten free. I have never had a problem eating there..

This is one of the most expensive restaurants on the island. We were hungry and they were the only place close by with options. I called in an order, they were very nice and able to answer my questions. There isn’t much on their menu that is available to me. Naturally anything has to be grilled and that wasn’t a problem. I ordered scallops and mashed potatoes. I paid too much and they put the meal in this average sized take-out box...like I say, I paid way too much and the food could have fit in a cereal bowl. I’ve had better scallops for less money. I basically shelled out $50 for two meals and neither of us had any leftovers at all for the next day.
