Review of Island Wing Company

We have enjoyed gluten-free meals here several times in the past. However, today my son and wife both ordered off the gluten-free menu and indicated to the server that he had celiac disease. My son ordered a gluten-free Burger and came home throwing up violently. My wife had actually saved the receipt and there was nothing indicating on the receipt that it was gluten free. Please make sure to double and triple track with your server before and after you receive your food that is gluten free.
