Review of Islands Fish Grill

While the chef was excellent in accommodating my husband's GF needs (he has celiac), the food was poor. The lobster bisque had too much starch so the after taste was the flour not the lobster; my chicken was beyond it's time which resulted in stomach issues (I suspected this and didn't eat it all) - the chicken came slightly pink which the wait staff took care of immediately, but the taste was off. My husband's snapper didn't come as a filet rather pieces. The potatoes and asparagus that came with my chicken were excellent. Wait staff was excellent. Unfortunately, for us, bad food experience.
