We had a wonderful dining experience at Isola. The owner/chef’s wife is gluten free and he knows how to make GF safely and delicious. My two Celiacs were treated like kings. My husband enjoyed the lobster risotto and my son enjoyed the filet with roasted potatoes. All the side dishes are gluten free. Many pasta dishes can be made GF. I had a lovely discussion with the owner regarding developing a GF pizza crust, he’s working on it and hasn’t perfected it, but I’m confident he will. Our next visit to SXM we will be dining at Isola without a doubt.
