Sauces made fresh to order. Gluten free vegetables and many red meat, salmon and chicken dishes are made (or can be made) gluten free. Most soups and appetizers are entirely gluten free as well. Fryer is not celiac friendly as gluten containing products are fried in same fryer as fries. Chef is sensitive to allergies, and careful about cross contamination. Ensure you let your server know about your sensitivity or allergy.
