Unfortunately the rice this mixed with soy so nothing is gluten free. I'm sure it's wonderful for people that aren't celiac.

No gf menu but large selection of rolls. Tamari sauce available on request. I was able to find several rolls to choose from. Server was somewhat knowledgeable.
