Review of Italia pizza and pasta

Worst experience imaginable! The hostess was so rude to us, walked in with our service dog (my sister is legally blind) and she said “you can’t have that thing in here” and demanded to see his papers, despite him having his vest on and her being clearly disabled. Stood there for about 10 min of her taking other orders on the phone without any of them being on hold... eventually we left and she said nothing. We drove over an hour for their pizza but I am very disappointed with their awful customer service.
