Review of Italia pizza and pasta

Possibly the best GF Italian food I've ever had. When we got to the counter the staff went through all the GF choices which were plentiful. We ordered a cheese bread, ravioli and a pizza. We were advised that as the other meats were processed off cite and had tested with trace amounts of gluten the only GF meat they had was chicken . Would I have liked sausage on my pizza? Sure, but knowing they had taken the extra steps to find out the exact gluten content of all their ingredients made me very confident in ordering. In any event the pizza we got with chicken and a ton of veggies was great and the other meats weren't missed.
