Even tho it's not listed on the menu they do have GF penne pasta available. I asked about the alfredo sauce and chef said it is GF also. I combined grilled chicken breast, GF pasta and alfredo sauce to make an entree. I also ordered a GF caesar salad. I would caution you that server picked the croutons out of salad instead of serving a salad that never had croutons in it. The reason I know is she left 3 croutons in it. Her knowledge of GF was very weak. I hope to catch the owner when not so busy and speak with him about possibly educating his wait staff concerning the importance to patrons that require GF diets.
