I spoke to the manager who was so confident, it was scary. He explained my options and told me to not order the Alfredo sauce as it has flour. He confirmed that they cook the gf noodles in separate water and they prepare it far away from the flour prep area. He wrote "celiac" in big bold letters on my meal description so the kitchen would know. He said if he writes celiac they follow specific protocols. I didn't get sick! The food was delicious!
