A very nice Italian recipe. They have a menu that highlights gluten free in one color, and can be made gluten free in another color. The server was very knowledgeable - when asked about the calmari ( which was indicated as can be made gluten free) the was able to inform me that it would not be suitable for me since it is prepared in shared oil. She said that they have several customers who just like eating gluten free, but was well aware of the needs of someone who is Celiac
