I had the Ragu pasta. It was very delicious. I discussed with the restaurant manager who is a local. He mentioned that gluten free is cooked separately in the kitchen and that the Italian owner is very careful and intentional about a safe experience for gluten free customers which makes sense since there is a high celiac awareness in Italy. That gave me the comfort to eat at the restaurant.

Extremely rude and arrogant people. Didn't even order food here because of this unnecessary behavior, left immediately. Gluten free food is here not possible because of the unclean equipment!

Lovely people. Lovely food. I had the carbonara with gluten free spaghetti was cooked the traditional Italian way and the chef came over and he was very nice and passionate about his food.
