GF pasta available with 20-30 minutes' notice, as they heat up a fresh pot of water for it. They took great care to avoid cross contamination, with a fresh pot and separate utensils. On Fridays they serve lasagna and can prepare that GF as well with 24 hours notice. Family run business, friendly service.
